At Axiom Structures we are always happy to assist clients with any development or refurbishment works that they wish to undertake on their own homes.
Typically we provide structural engineering calculations and drawings for a variety of projects. These can be small loft conversion or rear extensions to retrofit double storey basements. In addition to calculations and drawings, we also produce Construction Method Statements, Basement Impact Assessments, a sequence of works that assist in gaining planning permission and dealing with party wall matters.
